Open Gym Hour

  • We want to extend an invitation to all of you to stop by and work on any skills, movements or even get a quick WOD in during that time. Open Gym is included in monthly member contracts otherwise open gym will count as a session for session only members. There will be NO instruction during Open Gym. Open Gym is 1 hour in duration. Please check the website or Facebook daily as hours are subject to change based on trainer availability.
  • Living-social Members are not permitted the use of open gym.

Advanced

  • Advanced CrossFit class times are only permitted for members who have been with us for 6 months or longer or with prior permission from Head Trainer, Kaleena.

Back Room Hours

  • The main floor will be available 15 minutes post WOD during daytime classes for supplemental training. The back room will be closed during daytime classes.  Evening classes will be able to use the back room: Mondays & Wednesdays from 4pm to 8pm Tuesdays &Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm. The back room will be closed all day Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Members can utilize Open Gym hours on the weekends during the allotted times. Feel free to lift, work on skills or hop on an Air Dyne in the room. Be aware there is NO instruction and NO supervision at these times and the room will NOT be open when there are not already regular class times. Use of this room is included in contract memberships, package members will be charged a session each time they use the room. Please be respectful to the classes taking place, plan accordingly and have all equipment in the room that you need prior to any class times starting as to not disturb the classes taking place by continually walking across.  If the studio is needed during a class time to help make more room for large classes the class takes priority with space.

Free Trial Class

  • Beginning in April all Free Trial Classes will take place during the regularly scheduled 10am class on both Saturdays and Sundays. Please tell/bring friends and family. Free for first timers only. Remember if you see an unfamiliar face during these classes please introduce yourself and give them a warm CFPC welcome.

CrossFit/Living-social

  • Both regular CrossFit classes and Living-social (depending on the voucher you purchased) classes will take place during these class times.


Workout of the Day (WOD)

CFPC posts a workout for each day. Here you will find three days of WODs. The Workout of the Day, the WOD of the previous day (in case you missed it) and the next day (so you can prepare).

W.O.D. “Big Chief”

July 22rd 3 rounds 2 minute rest between rounds AMRAP 6 3 hang power cleans 155/105 6 med ball pushups 9 wall balls 20/14

W.O.D. “Buns, BJs & Snatches”

July 22nd back squats 3-3-3-3-3 all sets at 85% then AMRAP 10 5 power snatch 135/95 10 box jumps 30″/24″

W.O.D. “Turn it up”

July 21st push jerks 2-2-2-2-2 all sets at 75% of 1RM then 5 rounds 2 minute row for calories 1 minute handstand pushups 1 minute rest
