Think you are ready to take a jab at the elusive muscle up or want to advance your pullup game with some butterfly action or think it’s about time to figure out how to string your toes to bar? If so, join Kaleena on Sunday, November 2nd from 10am-11am for an hour skill session focused on any pulling gymnastic skill you would like to work on. Will be held in the back room. This is not an open gym.
