Mark your calendars! On June 9th CrossFit
Port Chester will be participating in CrossFit for Hope. CrossFit for Hope will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. CrossFits all over the world will be doing this with a goal to raise 1.7MM as a whole- one day’s operating cost for St. Jude – to combat childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. CFPC’s goal is to raise $2000. It will be the class WOD that day at CFPC. You do not have to donate to participate, the more the merrier!
“Hope”
Three rounds of:
Burpees
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24″ box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups

3 rounds 30 wall balls 20/14 30 power snatches 75/55 20 minute cap

W.O.D. “Rock Bottom”

May 23rd

front squats 3-3-3-3-3 3 second hold at bottom of each rep then 3 rounds 1 minute row for calories 1 minute double unders 1 minute front squats 95/65 rest 1 minute

W.O.D. “Wednesday”

May 22nd

AMRAP 20 4 chest to bar pullups 4 handstand pushups 8 kettlebell swings 70/53 Happy Birthday, Perry!!
